  • Proteomics of Bacillus subtilis  to further analyse the role of dipeptide antibiotic biosynthesis in quorum sensing.
  • Proteome dynamics of heavy metal stress response in Phanerochaete chrysosporium.
  • Proteomics and immunoproteomics of  Bordetella pertussis
  • Development of DNA and subunit vaccines against pasteurollosis.
  • Pathway engineering to improve clavulinic acid  and cephamycin C biosynthesis in Streptomyces clavuligerus.
  • Treanscriptional regulation of cephamycin C biosynthetic gene cluster.
